Morning light in Mindolo

Greetings from Zambia!

The sky fills with morning light between 6:00 and 6:30.  Then the sun pops up above the horizon, rising quickly, warming the air.

I see the orange orb rise above the compound wall, causing the broken glass atop the wall to shimmer like jewels.

Then the birds and roosters commence their cacophony, greeting the day.

God's creation bursts forth into one's being here under the Zambian sky.  How blessed I am to be here for this day.
